We want you to feel sexy, confident, & cool while wearing NIGHTWALKER. That being said, our feelings won't be hurt if you're not stoked about your purchased item (we doubt that'll ever happen, though.) Read below for our return and exchange policy.

HOW TO RETURN
We keep it simple. If you're not happy with your regular-priced item, simply send an email to chris@meltmanagement.com within 10 days from receipt of goods and we will email you a return label. **Free returns are valid to customers in the 48 contiguous states and Washington DC. All other areas are offered hassle free returns within the same 10 day window minus any shipping and handling fees.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including the packaging & tags that it came with. Deductions may be made from your refund if we have to retag or repackage your returned item. Gift cards, sale items, and noticeably worn items are not eligible for a refund. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval (or on the rarest occasion, rejection) of your refund. Once approved, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

If you haven’t received a refund within 72 hours, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at chris@meltmanagement.com or reach Chris at 917-865-4383

HOW TO EXCHANGE
If you need an exchange, you have a ten day window from the receipt of goods to do so. Please contact Customer Care via chris@meltmanagement.com and you will be provided with a return shipping label.

The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary based on your location. Any cost differences in product will need to be applied prior to the exchange transaction. 


RETURNING GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
